Domain Reseller FAQ

Submit the domain name that is currently parked using the Add domain form. Just above the form submit button theres a box that needs to be checked if the domain is parked somewhere else on our system. To get the new ip# goto the IP Lookup page and use the true nslookup. It takes approximately 5 to 6 hours for the new ip to display.

The only easy way to do this is submit the new name as a new domain under your account using the Add domain form and request a delete of the old domain name using the Remove domain form after your client gives you the OK. Theres no need to contact us directly for this operation.

In this Site you will find a number of forms to add different features. You can also do domain removals from here. To remove a features such as Miva Merchant, miva order, and or the PowerPak Upgrade email resellers_orders@cihost.com.

You may add additional disk space to your Master Account or any of your resold accounts by emailing resellers_orders@cihost.com with your requirements. As a reseller you are charged @ $0.15/1MB, and this must be purchased in 10M B increments. Reselling disk space is yet another revenue source for you.

You will be notified ahead of time allowing you enough time to contact your clients and get them to pay for the additional transfer. For traffic usage in excess of your monthly allowance, you will be billed @ $20/month for every additional 1GB used. Your clients have numerous Traffic Upgrade Levels to choose from. A permanent traffic upgrade will provide monthly savings of up to 50%. Depending on their choice, simply fill out and submit the online application form.
